Over the years, St. Charles Kiwanis Foundation has helped many organizations in the Fox Valley through grants as well as volunteer hours. We distribute the majority of our fundraised dollars to not-for-profit organizations serving the needs of children residing in the St. Charles zip codes of 60174 and 60175 and/or School District 303.
In the event your organization is selected to receive a financial grant, the St. Charles Kiwanis Foundation reserves the right to publicize your name and logo to identify your organization as a grant recipient.
St. Charles Kiwanis hopes you will submit an application to receive a grant for our upcoming fiscal year. Our two major fundraisers are Rose Day, held in April, where we are able to bring smiles by delivering over 600 dozen roses within our community. Our Peanut Days in September will have Kiwanians spread across St. Charles at multiple business locations taking donations. We also accept donations during this time to honor our military and first responders with peanuts delivered locally and sent overseas. These two events help us support our grant program.

Grant Criteria
We fund specific children’s programs only. “General Administration Expenses” such as rent, staff salary, training, gift cards, fundraising events, or volunteer stipends will not be considered.
When filling out the application, please be sure to describe the specific project for which the requested funds will be used. St. Charles Kiwanis Foundation will consider applications for projects that include children from St. Charles zip codes 60174 or 60175 and/or from within boundaries of School District 303. Indicate how many children meet this criteria for the program for which you are requesting grant funding.
We prefer the program to be an unduplicated service within our community.
Your organization must operate without discrimination.
Please provide us with service or volunteer opportunities your organization will have in the upcoming year and how Kiwanis might help in those efforts.
Please provide a PDF of your organization’s most current financial statements, including summaries of actual revenues from the past fiscal year and total assets.

Grants for Local Non-Profits
Over the years, St. Charles Kiwanis Foundation has helped many organizations in the Fox Valley through grants as well as volunteer hours. We distribute the majority of our fundraised dollars to not-for-profit organizations serving the needs of children residing in the St. Charles zip codes of 60174 and 60175 and/or School District 303.
In the event your organization is selected to receive a financial grant, the St. Charles Kiwanis Foundation reserves the right to publicize your name and logo to identify your organization as a grant recipient.
St. Charles Kiwanis hopes you will submit an application to receive a grant for our upcoming fiscal year. Our two major fundraisers are Rose Day, held in April, where we are able to bring smiles by delivering over 600 dozen roses within our community. Our Peanut Days in September will have Kiwanians spread across St. Charles at multiple business locations taking donations. We also accept donations during this time to honor our military and first responders with peanuts delivered locally and sent overseas. These two events help us support our grant program.

Blood Drive
Tony has been a member of Kiwanis for over 20 years and has supported many of our Club's activities to help our community. Tony was recently diagnosed with cancer that requires him to have numerous blood transfusions. Please come out and donate blood in Tony's honor. Each donation impacts and saves 3 lives.
